ah sorry misread there just skimmed on my phone, ill try that too although after enabling userhacks skipdraw it seems to be running at a better fps

Dark Cloud 2 needs to pass the recommended status unfortunately you only pass near the minumum..no matter what best configuration nor fixes that game will remain slow..
get new/very strong laptop now.

oh well thats unfortunate, not in the position to buy a better laptop atm maybe in time ill just have to skip DC2 till i can

@tall, quit spaming that stupid requirement listing, especially for FFX FFX plays fine on a 2.2 dc or a 4.9 p4, (same speed, fyi) as far as DC2 goes I'm not sure it's much higher, but as long as the GPU can handle it should play ok near these speeds

if i not mistaken,he has a laptop athlon II x2 at 2.1Ghz then will it run Dark cloud 2 at decent speeds??
except FFX since it's a bit-light demanding.
