As topic says, my FFX copy for Pcsx2 0.9.7 runs very slowly.
My specs:
I got Vista 32 bit OS.
CPU: Intel® Core™ 2 duo CPU T5850 @ 2.16 Ghz 2.17 Ghz
Ram: 3 GB
Graphic card: Nvidia GeForce 9300M GS
What I want to know is what setting\plugins do I need to get it to run smoothly?
And is my computer good enough?

it's your laptop
your graphics card is the weakest 2nd to GPU
try turning off windows aero,set power plan to "high performance",laptop is plugged in the AC power and set "native resolution" in the GSdx settings.

Enable/increase speedhacks in PCSX2's configuration.
If that doesn't help, overclock your CPU and GPU or buy a better machine.
