FFX running very slowly

final fantasy X is very light game but you should get a better processor
even my previous laptop with T5550 (1,83GHZ dual core) ran 100% in most parts, except for skills like demi ..

has been a long time, i think it dropped to 15fps or so during demi
with standard settings speedhack 2x

lol demi has never slowed down more than like to 50fps here and it's due to GPU slowdown... (if i set native resolution I dont get slowdown at all), now Shiva summon that one's slow 33fps minimum in DX10 35fps minimum in DX9 but that's mostly GS slowdown as it changes usually with most GSdx updates.

Well that's a bummer.
Would probably just be cheaper to buy an old PS2

Right, as mentioned before you're supposed to have a PS2 in order to use PCSX2 legally anyway.
