PC specs? PCSX2 settings? Tried the latest beta?
What do you mean "not running that well"?

Yes, beta is recommended, FFX specifically has some hangs that you may not be able to pass without the beta.
With that card the bets you can get is probably from enabling "native" in GSdx, show us your settings in case you have something set wrong.

My configurations with 0.9.6 are:
Grafik
GSdx 890 SSSE3 0.1.14
windowed
Direct 3D9 (Hardware)
Pixel Shader 2.0
Interlacing: Weave bff (saw-tooth)
I enabled NLOOP Hack, Texture filtering, Logarithmic Z, Alpha correction (FBA)
Sound
SPU2-x 1.1.0
Interpolation linear
Bios
Europe v02.00 (because it's the pal version of the game)
I also tried to use the beta r1888 with the same settings but the fps were worse than with 0.9.6. With the stable version I got 30-40 fps in the opening movie, with the beta 12-20.
Do you need more information?
Thanks a lot for future help!!!
edit: I change the sound plugin to P.E.Op.S. SPU2 1.9.0 and dialogues sound better now
