FFX subtitles (pt/br)

i Have a problem with my ffx(internecional), i use a patch to the subtitles (portuguese/brasilian), but sometimes de audio don't work like i can't hear the sound of the steps and the cutscenes.

Disable patch,i think it'll not work with pcsx2

the patch works, but maybe is doing someting with the audio.

There are any way to change the subtites to pt/br or english.?
