FFX video issue with gsdx9
#1
Hey guys,

today I wanted to try out the new 0.9.6 with FFX, however whenever a video is played parts of the 3d game are still shown and the video is flickering.

This has been tested with the SSE2 version of the gsdx9 plugin with default internal resolution and custom resolution in stretch/3:4/16:9
without interlacing and without speedhacks.

Just out of curiosity, it has also been tried under said options for the current beta, but that made no difference.

My system is an athlon 64 x2 with a geforce 8800 GT.

Is there any fix for this, or does anyone else have this problem?

i am playing in FFX (NTSC) now, did not change any plugin settings, dont have such problem. Although, there is a blink right before the video is started, but it is no biggie.

are you talking about the very old gsdx9, or the current gsdx (which has both dx9 and 10). Mellow

The current one of course, which means the one that came with the 0.9.6 setup, not the current beta version. (0.1.14)

I've tested every combination just now.

With nloop black, greyed or out and log Z on and off.
Aside from the fact that without nloop the geometrics are messed up, nothing changes for the video. :X
