FFXED and using "item-enemy moves" help?

Is there any way to get the camera to look at the field instead of the character when using enemy move items through the item command? The Use command doesn't let me get the moves I want....if that makes sense...

EDIT: I got it working but it was kinda messed up lol. I think I'll play properly now.
