FFXII Cutscenes are "ghosting"

So I'm having this issue with PCSX2 1.4.0 on Final Fantasy 12.

Ive tried different settings, but it seems nothing helps, also this only occurs at certain distances and only in cutscenes.
My pc specs:
AMD Phenom II x4 945
8 gigs of DDR3 at 1333mhz
HD6870
