Wouldn't that dramatically lower the quality though? I'm not trying to get these sections to work in 480p I'm aiming for 1080p... Other then the Basch quickening, I really need to fix these issues. (Dont see them on any other playthroughs)

I understand that for Basch and Mateus as their are tons of particles on screen. I would still however like to get the room glitches fixed..

What speed is your CPU running at? As you may need to overclock to get those scenes to speed up. As for the graphical glitches please post screen of the problem and your GDSX Settings plus hacks section please. So I can get a look and advise you on what to change to get things working better

what is your gpu drivers version ?
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS

Yes I saw that. Drivers were posted yesterday. BLAH. I have updates checked everyday but just happened to be a new one during this post. I highly doubt it will fix these issues, but we will see. It's going to take an hour or 2 to download it though with my terrible internet.
