FFXII crash on start

I was trying to run FFXII US version and got the following error

I know this game is completely playable and I have tried different builds, different plug ins but still the same error.

My computer specs :
Core Dou E2180 2.00 Ghz
2 GB RAM
Nvidia 8600GT
Windows Vista

Start by using the 1888 beta ( http://pcsx2.net/downloads.php?p=publicbeta ) with the latest December 30 plugin pack. Use GSdx, disable all speed hacks.
Are you trying to run from a DVD disc or an ISO file?

I was trying on the 1888 beta, I really did everything, get the latest plugin, disable/enable speed hacks, patches, tried both ZeroGS and GSdx...
Im running from an ISO file.
Can you tell me what is that error about ?

It's a generic crash error. Do you have the image mounted or used by any other external program?
If not, the ISO is probably corrupted.
