So I have a really good framerate when playing ingame, but when any cutscene happens, the sound slows down and my fps drop. Any advice on how to smooth them out?

Well use ee cycle steal on 2 and vu cycle steal on 1.And you can enable other hacks,they don't cause problems.Use native on gsdx.

The FMVs are very hard to emulate. I have really good specs and still only get about 75% framerate. I'm sorry but you'll just have to bear with them. You can always watch them afterwards on youtube in HD glory.

Windows 10 Pro x64
AMD FX-8350 Eight-Core Processor
Nvidia GeForce GTX 670
2x4GB G.Skill F3-12800CL9 1600MHz
Always running latest PCSX2 build
