Ok so I bought Fifa 09 and started it everything goes fine untill it reaches the game you know when the match starts it gets awfully buggy and it's hard to play.However software mode fixes it but it's really slow help me.Here's my specs:
PCSX2 0.9.7 3221
Gsdx:
Direct X10 Hardware
Native (also tried 1024x768)
HW AA=0
Intel E5700 @3.0Ghz,
Xfx Radeon 5670 1Gb,
4Gb DDR3 Ram,
Microsoft Windows7 Ultimate x86

Try with DX9 instead.
Any screenshots of the problem?

since you are already using a svn version of the emulator why not try using the latest one and check if anything has been changed?

Its one of the options for gsdx. If its not there, add the following line in the gsdx.ini "allowHacks=1" but without the ".
