FPS Fix

I want to improve FPS in games, this is my specs:

Processor AMD Ryzen 3 1200 Quad Core 3.1GHz
GPU AMD Radeon RX 550 2GB
RAM 8GB

Get much better computer. PCSX2 is hardware-intensive.

Something equivalent to:
Ryzen 7800x3D
32GB Ram
GTX 3060ti (or better)

You'll have essentially no issues with FPS.

Thanks for suggestion, btw I planned to change specifications because this PC is old
