FPS Problem

I Played MGS 3 on 0.9.8 emulator , I was Having 17 FPS , I tried Every Thing . Is my computer too slow ? I have 2 Gb RAM

Yes your computer is to slow slow, we know it by looking at your RAM ...=_=;

1. MGS series is very demanding game ~ most average cpu's will be too slow for it.
2. That's not a bug report at all, run for your life before mods will see it. O.o

Please detail your pc Space, pcsx2 settings, plugins settings and keep in mind mgs3 requires a very powerful pc.
And pcsx2 isn't a ram hog. It's more cpu/gpu dependant.
