FPS Too fast How to Slow Down?

Was playing FFX and was working completely fine and out of nowhere boom game is running super fast, audio is fast, etc. It's around 120-140ish sometimes saw it jump to 300.

Any ideas? (New to PCSX2)

Press F4, you disabled frame limiting most likely (F4 turns on and off).

Press F4 and still got speed issues.

It's tab then, On the top of the screen where it says Limiter it should say "Limiter: Normal". Tab turns on turbo which increases your FPS to 200%
