FPS drops from 60 to 30 in Dark Cloud 2?

doesnt matter on specs, my laptop runs the game, the trick is to drop the actual frame rate of the ntsc and pal to wateva it is dropping to, the game itself isnt cooperating with the emulator's frame restrictions and vsync so just change then to tht, my notebook will even play the game without lag, just change the frame rate to 20 for both and it should be perfect ayy, havent tried switching the colour schemes to see if tht will work

edit: i got it, i got it, don't know if this works for Dark Cloud 2, but its worth a try i guess.
