Just wanted to give Thank You to Rezard & nosisab ken kelen for the assistance with the FPS/EE/GS issue. I got GTAIII to run 99% perfect. I cleared the settings for the PCSX2 and went with the GSdx9 Hardware going native. In the emu settings I lowered the turbo to 100% and in the speedhacks I set EE & VU to 3.
This is not good for all the games though, for games like FFXII & DQVIII I had to put the speedhacks back up to 2 for both. So basically like you guys said you gotta test the speedhacks. Thanks!
