Wrong section, moved.
PC specs? PCSX2 settings? Plugin settings? Any kind of error in the pcsx2 output window?

You're using ancient plugins. Get the latest here: (march 11 plugin pack)

I know this is fairly old topic, however, I'm using the build from the website 0.9.7.3113 (svn) with default settings and having the same issue... The only thing I saw on the console screen that seemed different than most bootups was this: (IsoFS) Block 0x10: Primary partition info. I got ya beat!
I have 3 fat ps2's and 2 slims! Erm, back on topic... This is just a thought, but maybe there's something wonky in .hack//FRAGMENT's code (joke not intended) that relates to Detection of the PS2 Network Adapter? And as a side note, Can you create a character without having online access?

The game is a valid import as it's been tested on a modded PS2.. so i know the original and the image are ok.. having seen someone with the exact problem several months back I believe at this point it may just not be supported.. As for the game itself, yes, it has offline mode and patches out to put it in an understandable state for english readers...another note are some projects to emulate a lobby server so it can be possible for online multiplay.
