Fahrenheit (Indigo Prophecy) : graphical issue

I have a small yet very annoying problem with this game. It runs very smoothly and all, but it has this very weird filter on it for some reason :

Otherwise it's the recommended configuration.

did you try without ee cycle rate speedhack ?

Yeah. It doesn't fix the problem. In addition, it slows down the game.

other things to try :
- disable texture filtering
- set skipdraw hack to 1
- use software mode (F9)

Try DX9/10. Also do not set custom res, use Scaling

Just to clarify, the problem is indeed caused by custom resolution. Setting it to 2x or 3x, etc will fix the problem. The problem can also be fixed by playing the game in software mode, but nobody wants that.
