Fail running ratchet and clank 3

When I run ratchet and clank 3 everything goes smoothly untill I actually get to play. I don't think it has anything to do with my hardware, so could someone help me out?

do you know that Ratchet & Clank series require a very powerful PC ?
What are your specs, exactly ?

run "dxdiag" command in a cmd window to know what your GPU is.
But I can already tell you that 2.4 Ghz will be slow for a game like this one
