I'm still pretty new to emulation, so forgive my lack of knowledge, but every time I try and boot one of my games, I get this message. I've spent so much time trying to troubleshoot this issue that I'm almost late to work. I didn't get this error when I first emulate my copy of Ar notelico, but every time after, and any other game I've tried, I get this message. Seems like I'm missing something, and every thread I've found while troubleshooting has OP posting under it "lol, fixed it." and boy is that frustrating.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
