I'm trying to update PCSX2 nightly as usual and this time says failed and I can't update it. 

I'm not good at software and programs  Mellow

Download a fresh copy of pcsx2 nightly and install again (transfer your memcards and savestates)
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go
