Failing to open emulator (closed)

Oh I thought you were saying those pc specs were the requirements. In hindsight the fact that you specified a type of PC should've given away that they weren't, so sorry for being an idiot. Anyway I'll try to install directx. Thanks

Okay so it's in my downloads, it says "you need to update some directx libraries, would you like to do that now?" and if I click "yes" it just sends me to the website I downloaded it from. Do I have to put it in a specific file location?
