i messed around a bit with the settings.
it isn't the f5 thing though, i played with f5 and can see what you meant as some of them started it sort of vibrating but it wasn't that.
i even tried directx 9 instead of 10 but no different.
another thing which might tell you what i mean, in the commentory, sometimes the word sort of sticks like a scratched record and sort of stutters.
the lowest fps i saw by glancing at it every now and then was 39
