Fast Forward doesn't work on Mac?

Guys I'm using PCSX2(nightly) on my Mac Air M1, and pressing the tab button shows fast forward button on top right, but makes no difference. It wasn't like that on my Windows computer. Is there anything I can do?

2 possibilities :
1 - Mac OS may be enabling som e kind of vsync by default that prevents pcsx2 from going over 60 fps
2 - your cpu can't give more than ful speed

Also, check what your fast forward speed is set to something reasonably fast under emulation settings, speed control...

That being said, yes, it's usually some sort of vsync and/or full screen+vsync thing and there may be not be a solution as some of the stuff mac does is a walled-garden kinda thing.

I checked that and there is no problem there. Probably mac related. Thank you!
