Fatal Frame II Graphic Glitch(PCSX2) - NEED HELP!

Hey Guys! Good Day! I'm Playing Fatal Frame II Crimson Butterfly and I've run into a weird graphic problem which prevents me from progressing through the game..... I've tried different Plugins, Older PCSX2 Versions and even Hardware and Software Modes but it didn't work....

The Thing is.., I'm currently at Chapter Seven, at the start of the chapter is a part where you'll be chase by a ghost and have to run from it, during this the screen is dark and as you run, you'll automatically enter a door....

My problem starts at 02:02 of the video.....
as soon as I enter the door, the screen gets messed-up and I can't see a thing!

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Please make sure to enclose your emulog in code tags like so (remove the empty space on the closing code tag!):

I PCSX2 doesn't crash or give errors though.....
the graphics is just really messed-up when I get to that part.....
I even downloaded the PAL version then I converted my NTSC save to PAL but unfortunately it ended up corrupted....
