Feature request: 64MB/128MB RAM (TOOL/TEST)

How much of a headache would it be to add support for the extra RAM that was present in PS2 dev/test consoles? There are prototype games which don't run at all, or run extremely slowly (e.g. 1fps) on a 32MB PS2, but work fine on a dev PS2, PS3 DEX in PS2 emulation mode, etc.

It would be lots of headache with the full DEX TOOL.
The machine isn't documented in enough detail, particularly the extended interfaces and ASICs.
If we simply declared more memory, the software wouldn't know about it..

I'm not sure about TEST models. Did they have 128MB installed?
