Hi -

Just downloaded and installed the software because of my nostalgia for my old ps2 games, and my frustration with my TV's lack of composite input!

I get this "cannot create file" error when I try to run the program. I am running as administrator, and changed location out of Program Files which I saw in the FAQ. Help?

Using a BIOS file with PCSX2 which you have downloaded from the internet or from a PS2 console you do not own is illegal. You must own the console the BIOS file came from (even if it's broken) to be legal.
