File not found (IsoFileSystem) Whats going on?

Hi all,
I have recently downloaded Resident Evil Dead Aim, a game which was not released in the US or Australia. I downloaded the iso file (as you can imagine) and have attempted to play but this comes up.

File not found
(IsoFileSystem)

Does anyone know why this might be happening? Also on a shorter note, I have another concern. Am I playing the right file? Here are a list of the files in my Resident Evil Dead Aim folder which are playable on PCSX2.

movie0uc.bin
movie1uc.bin
sndimage.bin
IN A DIFFERENT FOLDER NAMED MODULES
ioprp243.img

I was hoping someone could help me because I've havent played this game in ages (overseas) and I want to play it again.
