already tried to start the game with "run->execute"?

that's a known issue with ico and sotc, i think it has been fixed in an svn version of pcsx2.

Hey everyone, sorry for the lack of responses; school+work nonstop lately. Thanks for all the help guys.
@Rama, I changed the clamping, and that did the trick. Much thanks. I don't know much about the ins and outs of this program, but if any of you guys need help with biology or chemistry homework, send me a PM.
