Wacko How can an overclock I7 2600K lag. It is the best processor. Tongue

Well They can handle many processes at a time. I myself have 56 processes and PCSX2 runs quite well. As said reduce the number of process. Try using the latest SVN and set the PCSX2 affinity to 3 cores(in task manager -> select PCSX2 process and -> Set Affinity -> 3). also select the MTVU Hack.

*that what i'm asking him to do showing any activity in Task manager.
*56 processes is normal but exceeding 70 nor 80 process is a real trouble.

Tried using the latest SVN PCSX2, set affinity and using the MTVU Hack.

See you Power Plan to High Performance. If your CPU I7 2600K was overclocked, then was the power supply increased.

well checking the CPU Temperatures 1st is the highest priority if it's not involving hi-cpu-temperatures then that the time he will try the buildbot version of pcsx2.

...people it is obviously not his processes. The man clearly stated that with the old PCSX2 he was getting full speed but crashes and the low speeds only started with 0.9.8. Pay more attention next time will you...?

Quote:allowing 8bit textures shouldn´t create any problem o.O (i always turned it on...)

The option is known to cause severe slowdowns with some games, for example the FFXII menu, so yes it can and does create problems in some cases.
