Final Fantasy 12 international running too fast

vann moves almost twice as fast as he is supposed too. the frame rate is between 59 and 60, but less then 61. their is no speed hacks and the framerate is not disabled.

i have
AMD phenom II X4 840 3.20
4 gb ram
windows 7 64 bit
ATI radeon hd 5670
pcsx2 0.9.8

the cutscenes work perfectly with direct3d11 hardware.

has anyone has this problem.

Did you enable in game turbo? Toggle it with L1.
