Everytime I tried to speak with this guy (don't remember the name Tongue), the emu crashes with the following message

It happens always in hardware mode, in software mode works fine T_T

Between the latest SVN and pcsx2 v 1.2.1 is not a big difference. But the official release has some optimization if I remember correctly. To say one should use the svn directly after the official release is published doesn't make sense in my opinion.

Still there was a bug in 1.2(.0) so that using 1.2.1 might help. But I would actually not believe that you would benefit from that upgrade.

Why don't you just use the software renderer for that scene and afterwards the hardware renderer again?

Edit:
Wait, have overseen that this is the linux forum... (Presence of gregory should have made everything clear...). Still my last question remains reasonable.

Thanks, even that I already compiled the last svn xDDD, I'm testing it later Laugh

Edit: I tested the last build and everything works fine, no bugs so far, this topic can be closed now Smile
