Final Fantasy X-2 cutscenes problems

Hello guys I am using pcsx2 0.9.8 the latest one.. problem is, whenever a cutscene occurs, there's this 2 problems.. one very annoying thick line on the bottom and the cutscene is flickering.. I know that this can be solved by pressing f9.. but the thick line on the bottom is still there.. and it's a pain in the arse pressing f9 whenever a cutscene occurs..

also, I am having for about 40-50 fps.. my system runs on an core i3, 512MB vidcard.. also speedhacks and gamefixes are not enabled..

bro its a known bug in FF x-2 just go GS settings and gamefixes then enable gamefix then check mpeg hack

I know that this can be solved by pressing f9.. but the thick line on the bottom is still there.. and it's a pain in the arse pressing f9 whenever a cutscene occurs..

No other solution exists.
