Final Fantasy X-2 issue with opening cutscene

You cannot achieve 60FPS with a P4 2.66Ghz without relying on game breaking levels of speedhacks.
So I suppose you're getting timestretched audio, which can sound pretty bad, yea.

Well Its a Pentium Dual Core but regardless just did a clean wipe of my harddrive new installation of windows everything seems to be working fine getting around 50fps cept the captions are lagging behind the audio.... anyways thanks for the help guys

*edit* fixed the audio... Somehow I got it all working thanks for the help XD
