Final Fantasy X-2 problem
#1
Hello guys, this is my first thread in this forum but I have already read many post to find something usefull but this time I can't find nothing. I have a problem with Final Fantasy X-2. When I run the game with DIrect3D10 (Hardware) there are black lines everywhere and I can't see nothing at all. Instead if I run the game with Direct3D10 (SOftware) there are no black lines but the battles and also the rest of the game are very slow. I have just tried to use Direct3D10 (SOftware) on the video and switch to Direct3D10 (Hardware) after the video with F9 but the emulator gives me an error and it exits.

This is my pc's configuration:
- AMD PhenomII X3 720 (Triple Core)
- ATI RAdeon HD 4850
- 4GB Ram
- Windows 7 32bit

I'm using PCSX2 0.9.7 with GSDX 0.1.13

Thank You ^^

Why are you using a really old gsdx version with the latest beta?
Just use the latest one that should work with FFX-2.
Specs:
CPU: C2D E8400 @ 3.6
GPU: GTX 560Ti 2Gb
MOB: Asus P5QL
RAM: Crucial 4Gb
OS: Windows 7 64bit/XP 32bit

It works very well just the video are a bit slow and I have to push F9 to change from Direct3D10 (Hardware) to Direct3S10 (Software) to see the video without black lines.

It's so in FFX-2 no workaround at this time other than software mode.
