GSdx only works up till rev. 1355 and I'm using pcsx2-1614 (so yes, you need a older gsdx for these to work, even WITH Micro VU)

you been in a battle yet? afterward it goes all ugly for me with similar settings. 1355 doesn't


edit: I swear I tried those settings earlier and it didn't work, now it does? *blinks*

Are you sure this texture problem isn't proper of the European version of FFX-2? Even I tested mine with recent beta and I didn't find such problems, but I own the American version.

Anyway, @Rikku572: have you already tried what Bositman and Shadow Lady have suggested?

I own the PAL one, the problems that show in the ntsc show in PAL too

I noticed that this texture problem for me occurred on 0.9.6 but not in the latest beta. (in the NTSC version of FFX, I have not tried FFX-2 on pcsx2 yet)

I remember quite a while ago I had the same problem with the french version. I had to hexedit pcsx2.exe and replace italian's version's CRC by french version's to make it work.

Even though it's been corrected in the latest versions, it's possible there are a few pal versions that still aren't recognized properly by pcsx2 (Russian, German, etc...)
