Final Fantasy X Endgame Crash

I'm having a persistent crash during the literal final fight of FFX, always at the same moment and the same apparent frame. I am using the latest nightly build, all settings are default and the crash happens regardless of if I run the game from an ISO or the DVD.

PC Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3700x
Motherboard: MPG X570 Gaming Plus
GPU: AMD Radeon R9 200 Series
RAM: 16GB

redump your disc using imgburn. looks like you didn't dump it correctly

I'm working on a new dump right now, but the crash happens at the same spot when running from the disc as well, just with a shorter emulog.

This happens regardless of if it loads from the savestate or the memcard, and always when a specific unavoidable cutscene tries to start.

Edit: It's definitely an emulation issue, the problem is avoided using an older version of PCSX2 I had on an old drive, specifically v1.2.1
