Final Fantasy X FMV issues

Sultan my CRC is A39517AB, tryed rename your savestate, load and save after, even with the new savestate it still make a critical error because of memory, do you have a normal save in memcard before that fight really close .

Oh hm maybe because its the german PAL version? Too bad...my normal save is just after all the FMV´s Sad
I can make a new save, but not before Sunday, im not at home for a few days.
Well, i´ll post a save on sunday then, im sorry.

-EDIT: Oh wait, i just noticed that i have another save just before the Blitzball tournament starts Smile
Uploading my memcard file now.

-EDIT2: There you go...but as i said, its the german PAL version, but i think with normal saves that doesn´t matter, it only have to be PAL.
Download Memcard (Its the first save, you´ll have to play for about 5 minutes)

Seems like my version doesn't like yours, even after transfering your saves to a new formated card, final fantasy doesn't detect the saves.

why would you guys expect a save made from one version of a game work on another version of the same game, even if they are both PAL versions Glare

exactly because they are both pal, logic would be they would work, with the savestate i changed the name loaded and worked but after a few seconds it make a critical error with vtlb memory.

Now that I've wasted some time...I'm off to work out a new speed setup... Thanks guys. I'll post my settings once I get a good setup.

I do hope Sultan figures it out. I'll be around though, so I can help in what way I can. It's only fair for wasting everyone's time.

I wish i could find a fix, but i really tried evertything now Sad
It must be an issue in the code of pcsx or maybe GSDX. I hope anyone will figure this out.

EDIT: Hey did you switch off the subtitles? I did and i found a german board where it says that this is the issue for the FMV´s...Hm im gonna
play a little more till the next FMV (he said i should load from memory card, not savestate). I´ll post the results.

Allright, i switched the subtitles to on and played a little further til the next FMV...and it worked! I couldn´t believe it, it seems like this really is the fix. Just turn on the subtitles Smile
