Final Fantasy X[PAL] FPS problem

HI,
i'm a few hours into Final Fantasy X when i'm in wide area (the road of Mi'ihen) the fps drop to 30 (my fps in normal area over 50) and the music start run slowly, it'd be great if someone help me to fix this ,here are my system specs, and screenshots of my pcsx2 settings.
i'm using an acer laptop:
Intel Core i3-3217U 1.8GHz
4Gb RAM
GeForce 740M

start by getting a decent CPU, and you're good to go.
1.8 ghz is definitely too slow for pcsx2.
else, you could try increasing speedhacks a bit, but I doubt you'll get really better results.

i increased some speedhacks but still lower fps, the problem of fps is only in open space.
