Final Fantasy X - Used to run at 100%

Right, although it downclocks itself when its not in use, but the screenshot shows it as under load (35% and 82%) enough for it to clock up, but maybe it doesnt because of the high temp.

if there is no dust and/nor CPU fan speed is normal then it could be the malicious virus.

better scan your pc or re-format/re-partition your hard disk install the fresh copy of the OS instead.

I'd open up the case and just grab canned air, and spray it, Afterwards a proper application of thermal paste is in place.

better have a BIG maintenace of your desktop by blewing all the dust away....
using a small dry paint brush or a air compressor should do it.

Just to make this clear. Your FFX speed is slow because you CPU automatically throttled down due to heat. With those temps my guess is the CPU fan is downright broken. Maybe its still spinning, but it can't just be dust getting your temps that high. Clean your comp and see if that helps. If it doesn't. You need a new CPU fan. Using your desktop PC for anything at the moment is like russian roulette.
