Like I have a choice, LOL. Unless Ubuntu works... (and is Linux a downloadable OS?)

You have a netbook. Netbooks aren't meant to play games, they're meant to browse the internet.

OK, which one are you talking about? The one in the OP or the one I just mention at the end of Page 1?

The first one is a netbook. The second one is better, but it's still going to have trouble with a lot of games. FFX might be okay, though.

1.)i have almost the same laptop as yours mine is intel atom N2600 @ 1.6Ghz prefer to my 3rd specs on my siggy
already tried it by it's ridicolous about 4~8 fps (Vmax)
better give up.

meanwhile this laptop "is not gonna be easy" 40% full playable speed.
but still that is "still weak" for pcsx2.
better have a powerhouse desktop since you can't compare w/ laptop(mobile) w/ a desktop (workstation)

If my i5 with an IGP will run FFX at max speed, then so can that and it will have an easier time doing it.

Your other one, like everyone said won't, even with the speedhacks enabled.

I beg to differ; I have a Core i7 2670QM and a GT555M and PCSX2 runs perfectly fine, even with Star Ocean 3 and Grandia 3. Sure, I can't run MGS2 or 3, but then again, I don't even own those games. Too weak my a**.
