Final Fantasy XII FPS question

I'm newbie, and ned some help.

I was trying to play ffXII on my PC. And got some problems fith low FPS.. It runs slow in dungeon area (early part of game when controlling Reks) . Runs well in Rabanastre area but got the same FPS in Lowtown area.. Need any configuration..

Also, where could I get that "package from march 2010"

I'm using pcsx2 0.9.6

Biostar TA790GX 128M (with on-boar HD3300)
Athlon II X2 240 @2.8 Ghz
2 x Visipro 1GB
Seagate 80GB

your GPU will be a problem, there.
Tick native internal res in gsdx options after doing what Iakoboss suggested.
