Final Fantasy XII - Pixelated Text/Menus

Tried to change settings but the text always looks pixelated. Is there a particular plugin/window setting I should have it set to? Everything else looks, and plays fine.

turn texture filtering on. Even so, you're still gonna have shadow problems on all versions of the phoenix boss and on famfrit. so best bet would be to not start a game until the pc version comes out next year.
