What's your budget?
Most GDDR5 Graphics cards will be good.
I don't use but it causes different graphical glitches in different games. I wouldn't go higher than 1 though. Just try it and look out for any obvious glitches.
Edit : Just tested it now, don't see any clear glitches. If you do experience any problems just remember to put that off first to see if it's not the cause.

Wow, you can get one for much less than that, which could play any PCSX2 game. My oldish card can upscale most games. I'd say get an Nvidia GTX 760. Or if you really want it, a GTX 770.
