Good Days Guys, Just a beginner using PCSX2.
To get to the point, FFXII seems to run slow (around 50% FPS) in cutscenes and gameplay but the cinematics (movie clips like in the introduction) doesn't. Have tried speedhacking, worked in the movie clips but not in the cutscenes and gameplay. But Harvest Moon seems to run at a normal speed.
Have read the topic of "Will this work?"
and here's my specs,
Intel Core I7-2600 CPU @ 3.40 GHz (8 CPU's), ~3.4GHz
2 Gig ddr3 Ram
Nvidia GeForce GT 220 - 1 Gig(haven't found this at the thread "will this work")
Any Help would be much appreciated.
Intel® Core2 i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40 GHz (8 CPU's), ~3.4 GHz
DirectX 11
2047 MB RAM
Nvidia GeForce GT 220
Windows Ultimate 32-Bit

I think the integrated gpu on the 2600 is faster than your GT 220... You should try it! I'm not sure how this work but, I think you can remove you graphic card out of the motherboard and boot up your computer by using your integrated graphic inside the i7 2600.

What do you mean Sir? That my board's built in Video card is better than my present Video Card? So you mean that the slow issue in here depends on my Vid Card?

You didn't know that your cpu or processor came with a built-in graphic? Based on the benchmark it is as fast as a hd 5450 or better. Yes, it's gpu or graphic card issue. Use your Core i7 instead, just try and see.

Wow. I didn't know that this Core I7 2600 has a built in graphic. Sorry for my ignorance but what's a hd 5450? Can't visualize how fast the built in GPU is. Um before I do it, Won't it tire the processor if the built in GPU is used? Just wanted to care my processor.

HD 5450 is a low end budget graphic card, but it's probably better than the gt 220. If you don't know something, then google has the answer for you... No, your processor will never get "tired".

thats so weird, i have a dual core @3.6oc with a 4770@850/1000 from ati and i can get 60fps 90% of the time with scale x3, u should check that u have the last beta and plugins.

I just wasted my monet at GT 220, haha. Just bought my rig 3 days ago.
So if i remove my present Graphics Card now, Built in GPU will do the work you say?

@ecchiless
The 4770 is about 2 time faster than the gt 220.
@makopa1995
If you read my previous posts which i mentioned several times already. First of all, i don't have a core i7 2600 series, but it does have a built-in graphic card so common sense say it doesn't need a discrete graphic card to run your OS or games...
