Tried to set spu2x to portaudio instead of xaudio ?
Tried using your original DVD instead of iso ?
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

I don't have the original dvd with me at the moment, but ill try to do the audio thing. Maybe it could be a bad rip and i should rerip it?

or your original Disc is scratched.
best would be to test with the physical DVD directly
