Final fantasy X fps problem.

I have a problem with FFX
My pc:
Dual core E5700 3ghz.
3gb ram.
Ati radeon hd4350.
Win 7 32bits.
PCSX2 0.9.7.4564 (svn) apr 10 2011

I can play the game without problem 50-60fps, but with some spells (ifrit overdrive, fire spell and others spells like demi) my fps down to 20-25.

Configs:
EE/IOP: Default
VUs: Default
GS: Default
GS window: Default
Speedhacks: Click
Game fix: only have the FFX video fix

Plugins: Click

Plugins config: Click
