First time user and need a few tips

I would say depends which game you are playing, most games run faster/better on DX11, while others are known that they're only able to run for DX9.

Actually good question . Perhaps this depends on quality of emulation if 9 or 10/11
Or if bugs&glitches ...

I am still at work though I'd much rather be playing P4. I'll try it tonight and let you know.

Another question, would running the game in full screen or window mode make any difference in keeping a steady frame rate? My thought was the larger the window the more strain in would put on my PC, not sure if that's how it works though.
