Fix for Symmetrical Vertical Lines? Upscaling Issue?

I'm trying God of War at 3x native resolution (1080p), and get symmetrical vertical lines spread across the center of the screen, 7 of them. Is this caused by upscaling, and is there any workaround other than playing on native resolution?

I've tried Align Sprite, which did nothing. I've also tried setting Skipdraw to 1, which caused most particles to turn green and made the game nearly unplayable.
